Reservation Cancellation Policy

As we prepare ingredients and reserve seats in advance, we have the following cancellation policy.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

■Regarding cancellations and changes in the number of participants

Cancellations and changes to the number of people in your reservation are as follows:

Please contact us by 8 PM the day before.

*If the previous day was a store holiday, we will respond until 10:00 AM on the same day.

■Regarding same-day cancellations and reductions in the number of participants

For cancellations and reductions in the number of participants after the deadline the day before,

The following cancellation fees will apply.

●Course includes food and 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink.

From the course fee

We will charge you the amount minus the all-you-can-drink fee (1,800 yen) as a cancellation fee.

● Meal + 90-minute or 100-minute all-you-can-drink course

From the course fee

We will charge you the amount minus the all-you-can-drink fee (1,500 yen) as a cancellation fee.

● For course meals only

A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the meal course price will be charged.

■ For reservations for seats only (à la carte orders)

For reservations that only include seating, we do not charge the usual cancellation fee.

However, in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings, and in cases deemed malicious, we may take legal action.

■Regarding your reservation time and seating time

The time for which your seat is reserved is as follows, starting from your reservation time.

・120-minute all-you-can-drink course

→ 150 minutes

・90-minute and 100-minute all-you-can-drink courses

→ 120 minutes

- Customers ordering individual items (reservations for seats only)

→ 120 minutes

■ About the peak season

Due to high demand on Fridays and Saturdays in March and December, we may limit your seating time to two hours.

■Regarding your arrival time

If you arrive late for your reservation, your seating time may be shortened.Please note.

Furthermore, if we do not receive any contact from you and 30 minutes have passed since your scheduled appointment time, we may consider your reservation cancelled.

■ Business operations affected by natural disasters, etc.

In the event of natural disasters such as heavy snow or typhoons, or other unavoidable circumstances that make it difficult to operate, the store reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

At our restaurant, we take great care in preparing ingredients and setting up the tables so that we can serve our customers dishes in the best possible condition.
